  • Create, uncover and identify sales opportunities by:
    • Regular communication with financial advisors
    • Proactive outbound calls and emails
    • Researching prospective firms
    • Identifying advisor needs
  • Communicate confidently and fluently about key benefits of the firm’s investment offerings and associated tools, services, and collateral
  • Monitor and manage financial advisor relationships to ensure high quality service is delivered
  • Work closely with sales executives
  • Keep current on asset management information as it relates to the following: investment and technology solutions, marketing materials, operations, industry news, and current market events
  • Support territory segmentation and sales data functions
  • Maintain detailed records of communication
  • Coordinate with Marketing to provide information, benefit summaries, quotes, and application materials to assist financial advisors with further sales



  • Interest in the financial sector
  • Excellent professional communication skills – interpersonal, written and oral
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
