Warning: The city of Boston is in the finishing stages of a massive transportation improvement project ("the Big Dig") that results in frequent changes to driving directions downtown. Even during construction lulls, driving and parking downtown is not for the faint hearted.

MBTA DIRECTIONS:

GREEN LINE - to Park Street: Exit for Winter Street/ Summer Street. Take a left away from the Common onto Winter Street, which becomes Summer Street. Go straight down Summer Street several blocks until you reach High Street. Turn left. We are just around the corner on the 8th floor of #10.

RED LINE AND SILVER LINE (EAST BRANCH) - to South Station: Walk up Summer Street toward the Fiduciary Trust Building (dark building that is narrower on bottom than on the top). Take a right onto High Street. We are on the 8th floor of #10.

ORANGE AND BLUE LINES - to State Street: Exit for Devonshire Street. Take a right. Take a left at Milk Street. Take a right on to Federal Street. Take a right at High Street. We are on the 8th floor of #10.

BY ROAD:

From The Mass Pike East (I-90):
Take Exit 24 A-B South Station from I-90 East. Follow Exit 24A for South Station. At the end of ramp, continue straight onto Atlantic Avenue. At the second set of lights, turn left onto Summer Street. Again at the second set of lights, turn right onto High Street. We are on the 8th floor of #10, which is at the corner of High Street and Federal. There are parking garages nearby, but none in the building.

From Points East/Logan Airport:
Take the Ted Williams Tunnel (I-90W) to Exit 25 for South Boston. Turn left onto Congress Street. After crossing a bridge, turn left on Dorchester Avenue. After one block, turn right on Summer Street. Proceed on Summer Street until just past the Fiduciary Trust Building, which is a dark building that is narrower on the bottom than on the top. Turn right on High Street. We are on the 8th floor of #10. There are parking garages nearby, but none in the building.
